Our Process

It starts with a family and resident meet and greet. Our initial meetings are designed to get to know the family, and the potential resident that will be staying on site. The meeting is extremely key due to the assessments and interests that are best for the resident. Once assessed and boarded, the resident will receive home care services such as hygiene, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and employment or volunteer opportunities to support and teach independence and integration into the community. We utilize a detail-oriented process that will help us understand the kind of service you are looking for. Our specialists take into consideration the physical ability and medical record of the residents. We work in collaboration with the family to determine the amount of privacy a patient needs. We provide a professional assessment to help the family feel confident in leaving their loved one under our care.
